Our Engagement Process:
1. Executive Interviews & Evaluations
We conduct independent assessments of managers in order to review and critique their leadership impact, their management process, the effectiveness of their teams and the results of their business units. These onsite assessments are typically initiated by executive management due to a concern with the team dynamic, overt turf building, lack of collaboration with other units or too many excuses about consistently missing performance targets. We are also called upon to meet with executives and assess their potential for advanced leadership roles as part of a succession planning process.
2. Advisory, Coaching & Facilitation
We advise CEOs, coach successful executives and facilitate executive team offsites to meet specific objectives and solve difficult problems. In addition to improving executive team performance, we focus on enhancing the leadership impact, improving personal effectiveness and preparing executives for expanded roles within their company. While we don't fix problem executives, we may elect to work with a successful executive who has recently stumbled and who recognizes the need to make some adjustments to their style, approach and process.
3. Accountability Tools
Our proprietary Compass tool seamlessly collects progress against targets, measures employee engagement, assesses team dynamics across divisions and provides an unfiltered feedback loop to executive management. Each Compass is designed based upon our initial assessment and incorporates monthly feedback on the specific issues and questions that are most important to the client.

"I have found John Callos and ExecuBridge to be a valuable resource in enhancing the skills of our management team. Their coaching is results oriented and delivered with a high quality of energy. John does not offer a "quick fix" to issues, but instead creates a disciplined approach that will ensure success long after the engagement has ended."
"ExecuBridge took our executives to new heights and allowed our people to focus on highly sensitive issues, including needed behavioral adjustments and skill deficits. Had these issues been broached through the standard protocol, the working relationships would have been irreparably damaged. ExecuBridge protected vital working relationships, made our personnel more important and valuable to the organization and positioned them for additional responsibilities."
